This past Sunday, the whole country celebrated Nelson Mandela’s 92nd Birthday. He is a man that has been an instrument of great change for a country that at one point was almost torn apart by racial tension. When we celebrate his life, we celebrate the reconciliation he inspired and continues to be a part of.

Creative Action:

This week, be an active agent of reconciliation in your own life. Take a moment and ask God who you need to make peace with and don’t let the sun go down another day without resolving the conflict. It’s not about keeping the peace, but more about making peace and maintaining it.
